During the event, the Wanjiang Enterprise Exchange Delegation visited several industry benchmarks and R&D institutions, including Wuhan Fuhang Precision Industry Co.,., Wuhan New Energy Research Institute, and Huagong Laser Engineering Co., Ltd., to learn about advanced technologies and development experiences. At Wuhan Fuhang Precision Industry Co., Ltd the delegation reached a consensus on cooperation. The company plans to join forces with Wanjiang Heli Laser and Hongye Precision to develop an automated production line for cover plate laser welding. At Wuhan New Energy Research Institute, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on technological layouts and achievement transformation in fields such as new energy storage and smart energy. The engagement with Zhongguun Hard Innovation Space Group Co., Ltd. yielded particularly significant results: the new product developed by Qingyuan Electronics achieved "immediate cooperation and application," directly serving the business of testing and laboratories; Shengao Communication and Ueda Electric expressed strong intentions for deep cooperation, planning to build a "R&D-Testing-Certification" fast track relying on the laboratory's highquality resources to help improve product quality and efficiency, and efficiently bring them to market.
At the thematic matchmaking meeting, Professor Zhang Haitao, Vice Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Automation at Huazhong University of Science and, provided new ideas and solutions for Wanjiang enterprises by deeply analyzing technological development trends and industrial implementation paths. Wu Jun, Vice Dean of the School of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, numerous practical cases to explain in detail how enterprises can utilize AI technology to collect data, diagnose product faults, and test product performance, offering targeted and instructive guidance. It is understood the Wanjiang Subdistrict has already planned to invite Professor Wu Jun's team to the local area to conduct precise matchmaking. This event closely aligned with the specific needs of enterprises collected the previous stage, specifically organizing "one-on-one" matchmaking meetings with industry experts. The university expert teams addressed the enterprises' requests regarding technological breakthroughs, product upgrades, and recruitment one by one, jointly exploring cooperation models.
After in-depth discussions, this matchmaking event resulted in 4 preliminary cooperation intentions. Among them, Hongge Hardware and Maolong Machinery will focus on key issues such as the optimization of intelligent production equipment and the application of new materials; Jiayi Digital and universities have confirmed a joint talent cultivation plan, establishing dedicated positions to attract professional and talents; Guangshunhua Machinery plans to introduce mature scientific research achievements from universities for industrialization and transformation. Representatives of the participating enterprises stated that the cooperation platform built by Wanjiang has solved the pain points and bottlenecks in technical cooperation, serving as an important bridge for enterprises to connect with top scientific research forces from universities and senior industry experts. In the next step Wanjiang Subdistrict will continue to deepen the integrated development of industry, academia, and research, establish a normalized school-enterprise matchmaking mechanism, and track the implementation and effectiveness of the reached cooperation.
